“Your run-of-the-mill Dunkin’ Donuts. From my last few visits hear the service is good. In the morning, especially your food comes out nice and hot and fresh, I can’t really speak for the afternoon, though it is a tossup. If you’re eating inside it’s usual quiet and a decent spot to watch the main streets of the city and people pass by.

“My mom and I swung by Dot’s this morning to pick up some donuts and pastries for our family, and we’re so happy that we did! The donuts were absolutely delicious (I could eat a dozen of those glazed ones!), and everything was warm and fresh. And I want to give a shout-put to the gentleman who helped us. We didn’t catch his name, but he was very kind, helpful, and personable. 100% recommend giving Dot’s your business if you’re in OCNJ!“

“We have been long time customers until today. We bought 6 smoothies and a half dozen donuts and the rude attendant said you can’t use the restrooms unless you are a costumer, I said we are we just bought a bunch of stuff and she said if you don’t sit you can’t use the bathroom. We won’t be back that is horrible customer service.“

They just re-opened after having a remodel so I'm sure they are getting new employees trained and ready to go which caused some delays but Jason is consistently calm and collected :) having a friendly experience at order point and window can really alleviate any frustration of wait time.“
