Very good customer service the staff at the drive-thru are respectful and helpful and the food is always cook well
Absurdly long waits and horribly inefficient service. Every time I come in I wait up to 20 minutes before someone even acknowledges my presence. Ridiculous.
On my most recent visit, most of the other people standing in my line were so fed ip with the wait and being ignored they walked out without ordering anything. One man was so frustrated he cursed at the staff on his way out. How does this place continue to operate this way? Unbelievable

The manager Gail made by bad experience a good one! I hope this store get the overhaul it needs and these hard working employees get a new look on life! They built a Popeyes across the street and it time for this KFC to kick it ip a notch! I don’t want to see it leave the area! Its a life long staple!
