I am in line for 10 minutes
Just for person to take my money.then another 4 minutes to get food. Cold fries. No smiles no sorry for waiting. Pleasantville McDonald's need to fo better.
cant serve hot food, asked us for sauce didn't give it to us and then told about a five minute wait for fries only to find out the rest of my order was cold too. trash location wouldn't recommend
