Such a great Easter dinner with family at Arugula! There were 7 of us in our party. We had a reservation and were seated right away in the front table by the window which I loved. Our server, Gino, was wonderful from start to finish. He was on it all night! love that it is BYOB. He brought us over champagne glasses for our Prosecco right away and a cold glass for the beer. Also he brought over an ice bucket to chill our other bottle of wine. The food was delicious! NY strip was cooked perfectly. The pork with sweet potatoes in a buttercream sauce was award winning and I can see why! Chicken parm was on point! The salad we all received prior to our meals was different and so delicious. Not sure what the dressing was but I loved it. The little bites of pineapple in the salad made it even more delicious. We wanted a group picture after dinner outside and Gino was happy to take it. I loved this hidden gem and will be back for sure! I would probably change some things about the decor but overall great experience!!!!

We came here for lunch to celebrate my Mother's birthday. Great food, service and atmosphere! We had the Tuna Tartare which was amazing. The blackened fish over ceaser salad was cooked perfectly. And the clam chowder was good to the last drop. The music was perfect.

We had the pleasure of dining here on Saturday night. Small but well decorated dining room. Server was friendly and informative. The chef could hear our conversation regarding food and gave us suggestions based on what we were thinking of ordering. Which were all amazing. They were very accommodating for making most dishes gluten free which was needed and added to making my selection. Can’t wait to go back!

Although the food was good, the roasted pork wasn't as I expected. My fault, I should have read the description of the preparation.

Extensive Global menu that is hit or miss. Too many world cuisines to do any of them justice. Pair down the menu and concentrate on a one or two types of food. The food is good but could be very good with some changes. The portions are large, it's a byob and Spring Lake is a beautiful place.

First time at Arugula with their new chef. The space is small but in a lovely Spring Lake location. A complimentary salad with some fresh fruit and a small roll was a tasty start. The menu is too extensive to do any cuisine justice. Some of the ingredient combinations don't go well together, while others, like Jambalaya , were not true to the recipe. Some seafood dishes simply said "white fish" without identifying the species. Two veal entrées and a rigatoni vodka entrée were good. The portions were generous. This is a BYOB. This restaurant has no identity. There are dishes from all over the world. Too many different food cultures to give each one justice.

Nice restaurant off the main street in the center of Spring Lake. Food was outstanding, prepared deliciously, and served hot. Service was personable and conscientious.

Beautiful, small and intimate restaurant. The wild mushroom sup was fresh and delicious. I had Tartufo for desert and it was amazing! I’ve been here before and will come here again. Wonderful atmosphere with beautiful music.

The food is amazing. The menu vast! Service was really great. We were a large party and it did feel a wee bit cramped. But for that food I’d put up with a lot!

I really wanted to like this place. Sadly it was just ok. Ambiance is lacking. Food was meh. Best part was salad and tartufo. My dish Double shrimp was pretty tasteless and was a skimpy portion. It's BYOB which is good but overall very disappointing. Definitely will not be back.
