Went there a few years ago when I was in the area. I don’t live anywhere nearby, so I’ve been waiting for a reason to be in the area so I can stop in. Finally got one - and the it was as good as I remember. Excellent quality, choices and prices. Bought halibut, swordfish and scallops, and made some excellent dinners. It is worth going out of your way to visit the market.
I had a plate of 2" soggy fries that must have been what was left at the bottom that I took home for the dog. My boyfriend didn't bother w his skinny soggy fries. He's not picky w food and was very unhappy! Also I was freezing due to them blasting air conditioner on high near our table due to one being broken as they explain when myself and another woman at another table said something about being so uncomfortably cold.
