I’ve been working in customer service for a little over 5 years now and tonight I got to meet someone named Doug who was so kind and helpful. Having someone like him take my order tonight was honestly a breath of fresh air. He was not only friendly but made sure we had the right order and that everything was correct. Even got a nice smile out of him when he handed me my order which was so nice to see since it’s hard to get people like that lately.

I’ve lived in Point my whole life and have been going to this DQ forever. Recently, I’ve been wowed by the service and the ice cream even more. I believe there was a young man named Doug whose helped me my past few visits and I couldn’t be happier with his service.

Staff attentive and quick. Ice cream delicious as always at DQ. Recommend the Pineapple Sundae. Love the walk up from outside, more vintage look at this location. Adds to the already nice feel near the Jersey Shore.
