I’m not want to leave a review, but since this is the 2nd to 3rd time from this place, I am doing it and I do not care. I ordered food through the app I get there. The whole order is done and just waiting on something else which was another 15 to 20 minutes, and everything is cold by the time I get home on top of they gave me drinks for the house which I appreciate but half of it. No one drinks at all. I asked to change it out and he said no absolutely not. I’m not one to...

I had a small issue with my order (wrong sauce by mistake, no big deal!) but before I even had the chance to call, Mike, and employee there, reached out to me directly. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of his way to fix the issue, even personally delivering the correct pizza in a timely manner. You can tell the team is working hard and likely understaffed, but Mike’s dedication and customer service really stood out. Mistakes happen—but it’s how they’re handled...
