The coffee is always hot and brewed just right—love their iced lattes with that perfect caramel swirl on busy shore days. Donuts are fresh daily, especially the glazed ones that melt in your mouth, and the breakfast sandwiches hit the spot with crispy bacon and fluffy eggs. Staff is super speedy and smiling, even during the commute rush, and the drive-thru is a breeze. Clean spot with plenty of seating for a quick break. Can't start the day without it!“

“Well I actually was there yesterday and today I got to tell you they were not very friendly never once said good morning and today they were more concerned with the drive thru then me the only one inside!!!!!! I been a a lot of DD I think this one needs a wake up call , training in Customer Service is definitely recommended!!!!“

“These workers have patience that I never knew could exist! They let all the local kids hang out after school. Janet knows my girls by name and is always so happy to see them. She is the BEST! I walked in one day after school to grab my daughter’s backpack and there were so many kids all over this place. I can understand that a customer would see this as a negative, but as a parent, I am so happy the kids in town have a warm place to get a snack and hang after school. “Our caramel and vanilla lattes were excellent. The barista was very friendly and did a great job. My only complaint was that there were less than 10 donuts with only a couple types, no munchkins or any other pastry to speak of. The donuts I purchased were delicious though. In their defense, it was late in the afternoon. That being said, it was surprising to me that the inventory was that low.

Parking: There was enough parking, but one of the few locations without a drive thru“

“Went there today for first time in awhile. As the Dunkin Donuts in Pine Beach has been making errors in my orders ... I was happy with my hot Vanilla chia ... it was how I orderd it. But the lines where long and slow... But I will drive there again ...Because Pine Beach as of late can t get their orders correct..“

Why not communicate by app pick up or drive thur always order and easy and no question or complain. Shame it“

“I got Dunkin’ Donuts through Uber eats. I love Dunkin. Great customer service they replace my pumpkin muffins with different flavors because they were out. Excellent customer service and everything was delicious I highly recommended, just don’t do through Uber eats“

“This is by far the best Dunkin I’ve ever seen. They are crazy fast with the service. Extremely well run. I’ve been going there all summer and so impressed by the people that work there. Is it all the same family? They are great. They even know my order now. They also carry lemons which no other Dunkin does(what is that about). Can’t say enough I had to give them a good review.“
