“Cloud 9 Donuts is absolutely incredible. It’s a local donut shop with the most delicious donuts I’ve ever had. They’re fresh and homemade. I visit Cloud 9 monthly and I never know what to choose. However when I go, I can never leave without a Bavarian cream (my favorite). There are so many flavors to choose from and customer service is amazing! If you want donuts… THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!“

“I am so glad that Stephanie is back here working but unhappy she is not working on Monday, the store when Stephanie is working is ALWAYS opened on-time even earlier and everything is out and ready to go. I'm on a tight schedule for work can't wait around much in the morning and when Stephanie is not working I have to try and find another place to stop and get coffee I can't wait around until 4:40 or later for the store to open. Hopefully the owner reads this review and puts her back to working on Mondays. Stephanie is such a great asset to this DD and I'll hate to go to a different store on Mondays!!!“
“I just want to share the experience I had picking up an Baskin Robin Ice Cream Turkey yesterday. I ordered on line for pickup. I thought it was odd I didn’t receive an confirmation email, However I did see it deducted from my checking account. No order was found. Employee Brendan help sort out the glitch and after much effort and determination he helped get me on my way with an Ice Cream Turkey in hand.
