Staff were very polite and friendly, one of the name which I remember is Jonanthan. He made me very good coffee. Usually at some places though I say hot coffee they make it mild hot, but this man really made a nice perfect coffee.“

“Cloud 9 Donuts is absolutely incredible. It’s a local donut shop with the most delicious donuts I’ve ever had. They’re fresh and homemade. I visit Cloud 9 monthly and I never know what to choose. However when I go, I can never leave without a Bavarian cream (my favorite). There are so many flavors to choose from and customer service is amazing! If you want donuts… THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO!!“
“I stopped by for the first time Sunday morning for some gluten free donuts! I was so excited to try some home made gluten free donuts and they did not disappoint! “I am so glad that Stephanie is back here working but unhappy she is not working on Monday, the store when Stephanie is working is ALWAYS opened on-time even earlier and everything is out and ready to go. I'm on a tight schedule for work can't wait around much in the morning and when Stephanie is not working I have to try and find another place to stop and get coffee I can't wait around until 4:40 or later for the store to open. Hopefully the owner reads this review and puts her back to working on Mondays. Stephanie is such a great asset to this DD and I'll hate to go to a different store on Mondays!!!“
“This Dunkin is BY FAR my favorite. I cannot say better things about it. The employees are amazing, their so polite, there's no argument if something was wrong whether it really was or not. Their extremely prompt with their service, I order through “on the go” all the time and I'm never waiting. “This Dunkin’ is my favorite, despite the fact that it does not have a drive thru. The employees are all friendly and accommodating. Even when it gets busy, they don’t get overwhelmed. They take their time so mistakes aren’t made, and if by chance a mistake is made, they make it right without complaining. The location is small, but there is ample seating.“
“I come to this Dunkin every day on the way to work. I get the same sandwich every day. In the past 3 months, my order has been completely wrong 2 times. The average is still very good, and I am very pleased with the drive-thru staff day after day, even if there is a mix up. I purposely pass by about 4 other DD's to come to this one.The only other statement I have is I get the Sweet Black Pepper Bacon Sandwich every day. The menu lists it as having white cheddar cheese, and maybe once a week it will have American cheese. But all-in-all, I'm happy with this location.“
“Passed by as we were driving to Asbury Park and had to stop and try them. I follow them on IG and love to see all their posts of their delicious looking donuts. Walked in and on the right of the store they have a display of all the current donuts. They have so many different varieties! Most of them I believe are cake donuts, but their eclair type donuts are yeast donuts. I like both types, I don't discriminate any type of donut. The variety was overwhelming....do I get a seasonal pumpkin cheesecake, or a classic chocolate frosted with sprinkles??? It took us a good while to decide on the one. We ended up getting a chocolate frosted eclair donut. OMG....it was a solid choice. It was big, enough for us to split. It was warm and just so good. They split their filled donuts in half instead of injecting them with cream. There was a good amount of cream to donut ratio. The donut was so fresh. I definitely want to try other types, but since it was not a planned stop and we were going to be eating in a little bit. Looking forward to going back and trying some other varieties.“
