“I had a great experience at Dunkin’ Donuts thanks to the manager Leena. She was very polite, professional, and actually took the time to make my coffee exactly how I asked for it.

I usually order midnight coffee, and a lot of other locations say they have it but end up giving regular coffee with extra shots, which just isn’t the same. Leena made it the right way, and you can definitely taste the difference.

It’s refreshing to see someone who cares about doing things properly and making sure the customer is happy. I’ll definitely be coming back to this location because of the great service.“

I usually finish work between 6:00 and 6:30 PM, and since most Dunkin’ locations are already closed or getting ready to close around that time, I usually don’t order a sandwich for myself.

But the woman working here was absolutely wonderful—so kind, friendly, and patient. She made my favorite meal for me about 20 minutes before closing, and she was smiling the whole time and even offered to get me anything else I needed. ❤

However, as of recent, the mother of a closing employee has been heckling customers and she has been heard telling her son to close the doors 10-20 minutes early. I can't say anything as to the professionalism of the boy but his mother isn't on the payroll, nor is she affiliated with Dunkin. Having her and his family parked out in the parking lot harassing people and dictating closing hours is just not the best look and should be addressed. The business lost from the early close may be minimal but that should be dictated by the store owner/manager.“

“Upon entering the DD, I got a welcoming sense as the place was clean and I was addressed promptly. My reason for giving them a four-star rating is because one of the two drinks I ordered through their drive-through was incorrect. Upon speaking with the associate, I was met with an attitude inappropriately displayed. It took the shift manager to de-escalate the tension and correct the order. I would not say that I sensed an overall negative vibe, just that it’s not what you say to people, it’s how you say it sometimes. Attitudes should be excluded from professionalism. The drinks are amazing.“
