I was excited to get warm with soup after Pompton Lakes’ Holiday Stroll. I got the Hot Lemongrass Beef Pho. This is hands down the best pho I’ve had since leaving California. Boiling Pho is legit!! The noodles were chewy and not soggy. The beef brisket was so tender. The sliced beef was fresh. The broth was immaculate on a cold night and super flavorful. Nothing beats a good bowl of pho. Everything we ordered was tasty. Wished they have other options besides seafood that has shellfish for those with allergies. They should be able to get meats, fish and vegetables for their hotpot.

Not going to lie. We went looking for pho in the area and completely missed this place being a combo restaurant having seafood boils. Definitely a first for me. Banh mi was definitely not traditional at all but still good. Pho broth a lil bit on the plainer side, but def worth going for again.
