We’re from out of town and were looking for a sit-down restaurant for a break from the road. We thought Mack’s would be standard pub food, but were really surprised.

Very fresh, GREAT server and a very nice atmosphere.

We’ve been here a few times for drinks and for dinner and every time it has been fantastic. The service is great with quick attention and accommodating. Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area!

We just left Mack’s for dinner. Food was decent and service was good. However, we were immediately turned off when the manger came over and told us he needed the table because he had “a line out the door”. Now, mind you there was a table open next to us, and we had just spent $110 at his restaurant. I am appalled that we would be asked to leave to accommodate other guests. We will NOT be returning. Very poor management.

Had a great time here with friends. Good food, fantastic service, and a nice table to chat away the night. Didn't get to take any pictures, but it's basically a pub style with plenty of tables right on the main street in Pompton Lakes. We hadn't been in this area for a LONG time. We went around the corner and there was St Mary's church where we got married 41 years ago last week!!!

We randomly stopped into MaCk’s today. It’s 5 stars all around!! Cocktails, food and service were all outstanding!! Best pork chop I’ve had.
