My job put in an online order for pickup, 4 drinks. My refresher was totally wrong, no dragonfruit in my mango dragonfruit refresher and no espresso shot in my bosses drink. I walked over and told them my problem. Not a single word was spoken to me, not even an apology. One lady grabbed my cup and handed my issue off to someone else who promptly made a me a new one and unceremoniously handed it over. If you sell overpriced drinks, maybe hire overly friendly employees.

I went into this location to purchase several gift cards only a little while before closing time. The young man at the counter, Sebastian, was very patient and accommodating in making sure that every activation receipt was with the correct gift card in the envelopes. He has a great attitude and is definitely an asset to the store.

I order a pink drink with chocolate cold foam last night and the milk was bad it didn’t blend well and it didn’t taste good at I called and they gave a new one today but it was still the same issue can I get a refund ? Because this is ridiculous !!

Girl at the drive through around 11am was miserable. No hi, bye, smile. Nothing. I’m the kind of person to stop and ask how workers days are going and try to make them feel appreciated. Definitely going to Oakland Starbucks in the future.

Can get busy in the morning and drinks can take a bit of time when it does, as others have mentioned. But that's really just a demand issue. I get that you all want your coffee fast, but so do 50 other people in front of you.

I have a different beef with them. One recent issue is that they're filling 80% of the venti cups with ice when making the shaken espressos. This has happened several times. Today not only did they do that, but they only filled the cup 80% to the top with liquid as well. There was very little liquid.

And I'm not a "more coffee" purist - I usually only get 1-2 shots of espresso. Rather, there isn't enough oatmilk and far too much ice.

Asked the Barrista for a cup carrier for four drinks & was told that they were out of them. As I was struggling to carry the 4 cups towards the door another worker asked if I wanted a carrier. I said yes but was told that you're out of them. He asked me to put the cups down & took out a case of them & handed me one. If I can give him 5 stars I would. The Barrista zero stars.
