as someone who works here i feel this place really makes me happy to see how out mangers are and make sure everything is perfect and clean because i know id rather a nice freshly cooked meal in a clean restaurant, coming here to work i thought it’d be kind of unclean but surprisingly compared to other fast food places in very clean cookies are freshly made every morning when we are not taking orders we are making sure everything is restocked and clean for customers to get there meal as fast as possible while it also being cooked freshly i hope this tells you guys that behind the counter we make sure you enjoy your visit.

I ordered an asiago ranch spicy chicken club with lettuce wrap instead of bread at the kiosk. I got the order to go and got home to find a chicken patty with a slice of tomato and two lettuce leaves (see photo). No bacon, no cheese, no ranch. Paid full price for this. I go here often, but this makes me apprehensive to go back.
Inedible fries. Somehow cold and dry like they weren't fried long enough and bitter like the oil is old.

The Wendy's app and kiosks weren't properly working today. I had to go to the counter to order.i mentioned it to someone behind the counter and they didn't seem to care.

Was very busy. Seemed to have too much condiments on my burger. Otherwise overall okay.
