General manager was extremely rude when food was over 30 minutes late for a mobile pick up order. Was extremely abrasive despite it being their mistake. Do not recommend they will mess up your food, make you wait and then yell at you about it.

First visit was great! Visited again today with a mobile order and waited 25 mins for it. My husband ordered 3 mins (mobile) after me and received it 15 mins before me. They had a whole bunch of chicken and told me it’s being made. The fries smelled like CACA and tasted like mop water. Never again. Hire employees that want to work. Not ones that can care less! I’d rather drive 15 mins out of my way than visit again!!! $50 down the drain I’m sick to my stomach! Hopefully my kids don’t get sick from it too!

Ordered 3 plains boneless wings combos and i recived the order with spicy sauce on it. Im feeding kids and was looking for convenience, but I found none here. They need fluent speaking people at the register. I had a very hard time communicating. Avoid this place no one answers the phone.

I have not received my full order from the drive thru 3 times now. Something was always missing. Be careful and check your order before you go.

If I could put a 0 star review I would . I came to this place 30 min before closing and they had me on the drive thru for at least 12 min without saying anything to me. The least you could do was tell me that you did not want to work so I could leave and go somewhere where they do value others people time . Surely not coming back ever to this location.

Ordered two items for lunch(dine in). Asked for a refund and left after waiting for 30 minutes. The justification was I was informed the order would take time. Yes I was told only after I asked what happened to my order after waiting for 20 minutes and seeing everyone else being served their food. The audacity to not serve and then lie. Could've at least given my kids' lunch and I would've waited for mine. My first negative review. Well deserved.

Decent but too stingy on the sauces

They have a seperate drive through lane for mobile orders but then then let anyone order. I wasted 15 mins waiting.

Drive thru employee closed the window on my face while I was still talking to them… I guess they were having a bad day or feeling rushed…If your reading this I hope whatever you got going on gets better for your customers sake, God bless you

I came here after a 24 hour fast, craving the Mardi mustard. Like legit dreaming about it. I just wanted a nice warm meal with my favorite sauce. Get home zero sauce, this chain charges extra for sauce as well. So I suppose of they weren't so stingy it would be second nature to add said sauce into a bag.

Check your bag make sure everything is right, especially the sauces they do, and don't charge you for.

They got rid of the only no carb option - green beans, and the menu is now overpriced. Biden strikes again. The app also does not have a la carte tenders without sides. They only gave me 2 sauces for $20 of tenders.
