Ordered wings and they were absolutely unacceptable. Cold inside, dry, and completely missing the sauce on the wings. None of the dipping sauces I requested were included, and the sauce that was provided was everywhere except on the wings. This clearly points to a management issue. I will not be ordering from this Popeyes again.

I love me some Popeyes chicken but how hard is it to throw some sauces into the bag when I asked for them ?? I even say Iāll pay extra for them . I drove all the way home with nothing and was stuck using ketchup from my refrigerator, no one seems to care anymore š¤·š»āāļø

That newer real chicken sandwich, not tube squeezed like lower quality Fast Food Restaurants, is absolutely delicious. Spicy or regular. And great fries as well. But that chicken sandwich, the meat is just as good as any top grade joint. Try it out and youll agree. Also not ridiculously priced as other fast food crap has become, paying for a beak, feathers and head all thrown in a blender then tube the fryer. GROSS š¤¢š¤®

You guys scam your customers with the breaded shrimp. So far Iāve been scammed twice! I havenāt been given the right amount of food and this just is not right. If you run out of fried shrimp, STOP BEING LAZY AND MAKE MORE!!! $50.00 worth of food fir my son and I for what ??? Just to still be hungry I would not go to this place. I stopped by and tried their fried chicken sandwich, and wowāabsolutely amazing! The chicken was perfectly crispy on the outside, juicy on the inside, and the bun was soft and fresh. You can tell they care about quality here. The flavors were spot on, and everything was made to order. Cozy atmosphere with plenty of natural light, perfect for a quick bite or a casual lunch. Definitely coming back to try more from the menu!

General manager was extremely rude when food was over 30 minutes late for a mobile pick up order. Was extremely abrasive despite it being their mistake. Do not recommend they will mess up your food, make you wait and then yell at you about it.

First visit was great! Visited again today with a mobile order and waited 25 mins for it. My husband ordered 3 mins (mobile) after me and received it 15 mins before me. They had a whole bunch of chicken and told me itās being made. The fries smelled like CACA and tasted like mop water. Never again. Hire employees that want to work. Not ones that can care less! Iād rather drive 15 mins out of my way than visit again!!! $50 down the drain Iām sick to my stomach! Hopefully my kids donāt get sick from it too!

Ordered 3 plains boneless wings combos and i recived the order with spicy sauce on it. Im feeding kids and was looking for convenience, but I found none here. They need fluent speaking people at the register. I had a very hard time communicating. Avoid this place no one answers the phone.
