We had a great experience at Tavern Five! The host was a little unfriendly when we arrived, which wasn’t the best first impression, but Denise completely turned the experience around. She was absolutely incredible—friendly, attentive, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great time.

Denise truly made up for the rough start and is the kind of person who makes you want to come back. Tavern Five is very lucky to have her!...

The food was good as always. When we were seated, we asked the waitress if we could have the bill split between the two couples, we were told sure. When the bill came it was not split, and she then said that could not be done. One person in each couple had the exact same order, but one was charged more and when we inquired why were told that that person got salad and it costs extra, but when the order was placed, we were given varies options of sides.
