So delicious!! The ramen was light yet filling and the katsu was so flavorful and crispy! I am definitely eager to come again. The only critique I have is that the shoyu ramen should have more pieces of chicken than three small pieces on top.
Was very pleasantly surprised by the ramen and broth here. I had the miso ramen, and the flavor was rich and deeply flavorful without being overly salty. You could really taste the depth and comfort of the broth.
I’ve worked in the area for three years and had avoided trying it because there’s another restaurant in Philly with the same name that wasn’t nearly as good. Glad I finally gave this place a shot. Plus, the restaurant itself was very clean.

This is the best ramen spot anywhere near Princeton by far. The service team is excellent and I enjoy seeing them week to week when I come back for ramen. Their broth is unbeatable and makes you feel happy inside. Their timing is also excellent and you can expect it to always be a quick turnaround from when you sit down. I’ve come here consistently for a year and they’ve never disappointed. I’ve tried their chicken broth bowls and my partner has had their pork broth bowls...
