I was quite disappointed with my recent pickup order visit on January 5th 2025 for the amount of $35.40. due to a lack of transparency in their billing practices. They charged an extra fee for paying by card, which I was not informed about beforehand. I only noticed the additional charge when I received the bill. Clear communication about such fees is essential for maintaining trust with customers. While the food and service were decent, the surprise charge left a negative impression. I hope the management considers being upfront about payment policies in the future.

Recently booked their banquet hall for a private dinner party. Suggy, the owner. was extremely helpful throughout the process; from initial engagement to menu choices and overall supervision. He was present and provided supervision throughout the event which made things go very smoothly. The food was great ! All dishes were made fresh and were tasty without being overly spicy. Everyone truly enjoyed the food and appetizers. For the things to improve, the banquet hall is a bit dated and facilities can be improved. Also, need to ensure provisioning adequate time on the warming station for food to warm up properly. Will definitely consider for future events ! Thank you Suggy and staff for going out of the way to make it an enjoyable event !

Ambience - it is below average. The chairs were old and not comfortable. The overall look and feel seems outdated. Playing English songs doesn’t really add to the vibe either.
Service - it was average. Only 1-2 servers. A basic order took a lot of time.
Food - this is where things were at the lowest. The food is below average if you are looking for a good Indian meal. The curry was watered down, and overall didn’t had goods flavors. The bread was average. They served veg pulao with the entree, but i was expecting plain basmati rice. Do not order chole bhatura here, not at par. They serve two tiny bhatura and the chole lack the authentic flavor.

We are from out of town, Chicago, and rarely get a chance to have such delicious Indian food! Would recommend to everyone - even those with a sensitive, dainty palette. We had tandoori fish, tandoori, shrimp, Bindi masala, Lamb, tikka masala, Samosa, and an amazing dessert that melts in your mouth, carrot halwa. Will definitely come back for the dinner, DJ, and dancing on the second Friday ofevery month.
