Authentic Japanese sushi and comfort food. All of their fish is fresh, their sushi rice is perfect, and their miso soup is authentic miso.We stopped by for lunch and were blown away. Great, welcoming service. The interior is cozy. They serve fresh green tea, which is always a plus!This is the best quality sushi and Japanese cuisine you’ll find in all of Princeton.
My whole party got sushi/sashimi here. The fish quality and the presentation here is probably the best in Princeton. Prices are standard for quality fresh fish anywhere-- probably you'd find it expensive if you're used to all-you-can-eat sushi places. Miso soup and pickled vegetables were tasty, the pickled radish here is not dyed.

I lived in Princeton for many years, and this is my favorite sushi place. The staff is kind and accomodating. My favorite item to order is the Chirashi Bowl. I love the atmosphere. I save this place for special occasions or dinner with special friends. I love to buy a bottle of sake from Public before heading over here.
