I first found Arlee's when looking for healthy smoothie options for a visiting field hockey team playing Princeton. We had to attend to several special diets due to allergies, and at Arlee's, all their smoothies met the dietary requirements from the beginning!!!

The staff worked with me to identify great smoothies to have 3-4 hours pre-game and that the girls would love. We tried 2 kale and 1 beet with almond butter added. The girls were so excited...

Love everything that is promoted at Arlee’s! Food is so soul soul nourishing and very great in taste! Desserts beautifully crafted and delicious! Service from Mateo was great! He was very knowledgeable on what is in store and very helpful! Answered every question regarding ingredients and recommendations of his own liking! Was very great receiving everything from here as gifts! Love it!
