I had 3 parties at this restaurant. Each time it was 16-18 group of people. Everyone I took there raved about the food. Their service, hospitality and atmosphere was excellent. Santiago and his team did an amazing job. Everything went without a single issue. I am going again this weekend with a few more people and looking forward to their service again. Thank you Santiago and team for your wonderful service and see you soon! This is a must try restaurant!!

My grandma and I visited this restaurant together for lunch during a visit in the area. We got a pretty decent spread and loved everything. The workers were all very kind and helpful. My favorite dish was the malfouf and my grandma loved the lamb kebab and baba ganoush best, but everything was incredible. We also had the Arabic coffee, mint tea, and baklava. The flavors and freshness were great and the decor is lovely as well. It is visually pleasing, but it also acts as an invitation for guests to embrace or learn about and explore and discuss the significance of the food, hospitality, art, etc. I loved sharing this experience and enjoying the wonderful Palestinian food with my grandmother, who enjoyed everything as well. I can't wait for them to open in Philly.

My boyfriend and I stopped in for lunch on a busy Saturday in Princeton and had a lovely meal for a great price! We had the chicken shawarma salad, chicken shawarma platter, and baba ghanoush. The food was fresh and delicious, portions were very generous, and the service was friendly and fast! There were so many things on the menu that sound amazing. It’s very easy to get gluten free and vegetarian/vegan options here and the menu is clearly labeled to indicate which dishes meet these needs.

We also bought a gallon-sized glass jug of imported olive oil from Lebanon that was only $37! We will definitely be back 🍉🇵🇸

Second visit: had a great meal and service greatly improved.

Great sized portions and great tasting lamb. Too much yogurt sauce though. And service was poor

Let me start by saying the food here was amazing! Thank you for the lovely food.

However, the service really bummed me out. We never got checked on. There was multiple times that we had to get up to ask for the check, for boxes, for our food that we ordered that didn’t get put in, we asked for extra pita bread and we never got it however it still ended up on the bill.

Your server *Valentina* doesn’t deserve to work at this wonderful establishment. She probably noticed that since we were a table of more than 5, that 20% gratuity would be added anyway, and didn’t care to check on us because she would be paid anyway. What an awful service.

I do still recommend coming here but request another server because she doesn’t even do the bare minimum.

Ordered the beef shawarma. It was dry, tough to chew, and over seasoned. I get that some traditional shawarma wraps don’t have a heavy serving of sauce, but this needed more tahini/more pickles/something else to make up for the lack of moisture and saltiness of the beef. The fries just tasted like oil. The only plus is that the portion of beef in the wrap was generous. Plus one star for tasty baklava.

I have been to this place a couple of times and always enjoyed it. The food is very flavourful and the service is quick and efficient. On my first visit my server was Val - he was pleasant and made the experience even better. Definitely a spot l would recommend for a tasty meal and great service.

Not one to write reviews but really the hummus is like concrete and had no flavor. Kibbeh was hard and freezer burned. The chicken for mskhan was rubbery. Quality is down for sure.

called ahead to ask whether reservations were required and was advised to come as a walk-in. My friend and his aunt—both strict vegetarians for religious reasons—were excited to try your Princeton location, having enjoyed your restaurants in the five boroughs.
After a quoted 30-minute wait, they were seated and clearly informed their server about their dietary restrictions before ordering. About 20 minutes later, staff told us the dish’s ingredients were out of stock and offered something “on the house.” they opted for dessert. Unfortunately, the dessert they received contained egg—confirmed by the manager—which they cannot consume for religious reasons.
While we appreciate the apology, serving an egg-based item after being told about strict vegetarian restrictions was concerning. If this had been an allergy rather than a religious restriction, the outcome could have been a medical emergency.
We’re sharing this so it can be addressed. Specifically, we’d encourage:
Verifying ingredients before offering substitutions or complimentary items.
Clear labeling and staff training around vegetarian/vegan and common allergens.
A final confirmation step at the table when dietary restrictions are noted.
This experience left us surprised and disappointed, and we won’t be returning. Please ensure extra care is taken to triple-check orders for guests with dietary restrictions.
