About Chuck's Spring Street Café

Chuck's Spring Street Café is a very casual, simple place that has been serving awesome food for over 40 years. The buffalo wings are the best in Princeton, almost addictive, and the recipe has stayed the same from the original owner. The cheesesteak is surprisingly good, and the sesame noodles also rock. The chicken tenders and hand cut fries are very tasty, and the blue cheese is outstanding. The ribs are also great. The staff is friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the town. The food was great, though some found it a bit too greasy. It is not a fancy place, but sometimes those are the best.
