It's hidden, there's little flare, but the wings are excellent. Only one sauce, Buffalo, why mess with greatness. They are small, so order accordingly.

I'm from Buffalo. Nowhere else to go for solid wings around here. Good prices, great burgers and other fattening foods like Mac and Cheese bites as well. Tasty hole in the wall. De'Angelos across the street is also excellent and classier fare. Please, for the love of God, don’t go to Buffalo Wild Wings. Wings must be bone-in, skin-on, not breaded, deep fried to a crisp, and slathered with Frank’s with maybe some butter, salt, and pepper. Or a dry rub.

Chuck's has the best chicken wings in Princeton. It's hidden in the middle of Spring Street, but easy to see from the street. Eat in or take out a large batch of wings for a party.

Chuck's, a hidden gem in the heart of Princeton, delivers an unparalleled buffalo wing experience. Nestled in unassuming surroundings, this hole-in-the-wall joint surprises with its flavor-packed wings that redefine the standard. The crispy perfection of each wing, generously coated in Chuck's secret sauce, is a testament to culinary mastery. The ambiance may be no-frills, but the taste is anything but—making Chuck's a must-visit for wing enthusiasts seeking a true flavor adventure.

Chucks is the best at what it does - wings. I've been going for 30(?) years now. Super consistent, always the best, with the same guy working for deep fryer for all those years! You love to see staff stay on that long, it's a sign the business treats its employees well.Don't expect fancy decor. Don't expect fussy vibes. Expect the best wings you've ever eaten.Thank you Chuck's for making the best wings, period, and for not changing even as Princeton zigs and zags around you.

Very polite servers. Accepts card/nfc payments only on orders over $10 else there's a extra charge.Wings are good but veggie burger is just way too overpriced for something that doesn't come with side.

Longstanding "hole-in-the-wall" eatery just a block from the campus of Princeton University. Good prices, acceptable to great food depending on what you get, friendly staff. Not a lot of room, maybe 16 seats or so. It's practically invisible to out-of-towners, so you'll normally run into only locals and the odd student when you come here.

These are absolutely the best Buffalo wings! I've been coming to Chuck's since the 80's. Although ownership has changed over the years, the recipe has been consistently awesome. The quality and taste is top notch. The current owners of Chuck's are wonderful and hard working people and best of all, they keep making awesome wings! A great spot to grab lunch or dinner, and if wings aren't your thing, there are lots and lots of other options, but honestly try the wings!Parking: There are several metered parking spots across the street that are typically quick stops, but even if you don't find one there there's a parking garage just a few doors down. If you're just picking up an order to go - your parking is typically free. So i consider parking relatively easy!

These guys are my GO-TO for buffalo wings. Best in the area. Love these guys.

My first buffalo wings were at Chuck’s in mid 1980’s. I’ve been coming here every 5-8 years and seems the quality of their wings (how it’s prepared) has suffered. The original wings were crispy and sauce more tangy/vinegary and slightly less oily than as currently prepared. Guess the recipe changed as ownership changed over the years…PLEASE GET BACK TO THE ORIGINAL RECIPE! Chuck’s Spring Street Cafe == Buffalo WingsInterior decor hasn’t changed much since 1980’s.

2 words. Buffalo Wings. Perfect crispyness and perfect sauce ratio. So good. I get it almost every day.

THE BEST BUFFALO WINGS. My family have been coming here for almost 20 years and we love it so much. When I think of buffalo wings, I think of Chuck’s sauce. They are a classic, tried and true, practiced to perfection. 10/10, 5 stars, 2 thumbs up, absolutely amazing. I recommend Chuck’s to all my friends, and anyone reading this review on google.PS we ask for the sauce on the side when we place a large order so they don’t get soggy as we enjoy them over next week (unfortunately, we don’t live nearby)

Best wings ever!!! Chris is the best. I have been ordering wings here for many years. In my opinion, the best wings I've ever had. Yummy fried clams too.
