Closing hours should be changed here. They start closing by 9 o’clock. Arrived here at 9.10 and most food trays were empty and they were unwilling to refill any trays to create a bowl for my order. Service is extra-ordinarily rude

I always come to this location, BUT today I think they got new people, they in rush and threw onion I told them I didn’t asked for it and he took a fork to take it out he was very angry and throw the rest of the food like he is serving a dog FOR REAL. If you don’t like to work with people stay in your house.!!! I’m soo disappointed!!

I read through all recent reviews and I could not agree more with portion sizes. While the food does taste good the portion sizes are a different story. Most of the time portions are small (in my experience online orders for pick up). We started coming in person. Placing own order at the counter seems a better option. I've noticed it really depends on an employe some really make tiny portions. Like you never really know what you will get. I feel for the people who get their food delivered pay a lot of money and get dissapointed... been there more than once...In general the staff is nice. The manager too. I had pleasant experience addressing my concerns when once when the order was messed up and on another occasion when the bag got soaked from food that run through the bowl as it was not closed properly and got my car dirty.We buy from that location regularly because of the convenient location. I really hope they will improve and gain the trust of customers back.For now I gave it 3 stars. I will wait 6 months to see if I can edit my review and give them 5 stars.Parking: Big parking lot

They use real meat, none of that fake rubber stuff you get at Wawa and Mc Donalds. Alot of healthier options . Like all corporate money grabs, the staff is usually overworked and underpaid. The tables are always dirty but the food is a better option when u are eating fast food.

Typical restaurant trick.. when the new location is opened, the quality, taste and portions are superb.. the moment we get our sales quota met, it all starts going down the trash hole…
I have been visiting this chipotle for the past 6 years. It is very convenient for my commute and when it's not busy, it's a quick meal. Over the past year or so, the quality of service and satisfaction has decreased significantly. The majority of my trips are met with either an under staffed counter and lack of options. Every single time they are out of at least something and most of the time it's chips. If you come within the last hour of them closing, they seem to stop restocking.

Outrages considering the food costs around over thirteen $. They should start using scale for measuring meat to be consistent. However, the food quality is good hence two stars.

The girl who took my order was pretty rude and looked like she just did not enjoy her job. She literally scooped 8 pieces (yes I counted) of carne asada in my bowl. Chipotle is definitely going downhill and this location is a good example why.
