Fresh food, they just need more employees working at rush time.
This is an ok location, usually the give you smaller portions than other locations.
Employees at this location do not know how to close the lid on a bowl. Multiple times I’ve left with the lid not closed partially

In today’s order, we ordered veggie bowl and got multiple pieces of chicken. This is the 2nd or 3rd time.

Chipotle Mexican Grill is a popular restaurant located near Trader Joe's in Princeton, New Jersey. The dining area can be empty at times, while the order line may grow longer, with 3 employees working the line—a first contact, second contact, and cashier. While the line moves, other employees are seen working on online orders, which appear to be processed more efficiently than walk-in orders. Customers have noted that the bowls are sometimes not filled enough, and portions can vary depending on the employee. Some customers mentioned that they felt full after just one bowl, while others noticed the bowls were not as filled as usual. Staff are generally described as nice, but some recent reviews mention poor service, such as attitude from staff and extra charges for additional veggies. The manager is usually helpful in addressing issues. Despite occasional shortages of protein, the location is convenient with a large parking lot, and the restaurant is working to improve its operations and regain customer trust, aiming for higher ratings in the future.
