3rd time I tried it & last time. The muffins are SO STALE. The place looks dirty & they take forever to serve you.

Compared to the other local restaurants in this neighborhood is Dunkin’ Donuts is due for an update. The dilapidated doors and decor and make it feel very dreary, though the coffee was good. But the employees seem on engaged and on empathetic and uninterested in participating or capitulating to my request or cashiering my transaction. Indicate the size and space of this specific location really could be a flagship for Dunkin’ Donuts as a brand really looks like a mess opportunity.

I wouldn't fault any of the current staff for the poor service. It is the fault of ownership/management for staffing only 3 personnel on a busy morning. As far as I am concerned, the staff members are holding their own despite some angry customers.

The service was really poor. The staff couldn’t hear us clearly and brought us the wrong food. We ordered glazed chocolate, but instead received just glazed. We were certain we were loud enough! We noticed the mistake within a second but were told we couldn’t exchange it. Is it our responsibility to check if the food is correct or not right away??! Finally, we had to buy a new one and donate the incorrect one. We won’t be returning to this store.
