Great place to host events with a big group of people in their dining room. $25 cash per person for a lot of good food and drinks. The owner is extremely accommodating and polite every time we come here. I can’t speak to the quality of the take out/regular menu, but the fried rice, general tsos chicken, and lo mein is great for big parties.
Growing up in a large city there were many neighborhood options for a quick meal and a family favorite was the local Chinese restaurant. I was happy to find this spot when I moved to Princeton. It is unpretentious, providing familiar and tasty food at fair prices with quick, no-frills but friendly service.
Human continues to be the best old-school Chinese joint in town. Reliably delicious and comforting in the way of the best regional Chinese restaurants: non-trendy, not particularly healthy, very friendly, astonishingly tasty.
