illy Coffee At Earth's End Princeton

It says Cafe Latte on the menu but they asked me if drip coffee was ok. Should know that cafe lattes are not made with drip coffee and I had to ask for only one shot of espresso. Also did not do 3:1 ratio of milk to espresso like a cafe latte typically is made. I was just in Italy so I know. Also this was my second visit to this place because the first time I attended to try it they were randomly closed on a Tuesday at 11am despite hours being listed as supposedly open.

Illy has the BEST coffee in Princeton, hands down. They have high quality drinks and high quality service! Everyone who works there is very friendly and always there to enjoy a conversation with. I love trying their monthly specials too! This cafe is always a stop of mine while I’m in Princeton.

I’m usually a cold brew drinker, but Illy’s coffee changed that. Hands down the freshest tasting & best iced coffee I’ve had in a long time!! Everyone is so kind there & the inside and outside areas are so cute! My new favorite & highly recommend!! 10/10!!

It took ~10 min to put in an order when we were the only people in line, and another 15 to receive an order of two drinks. Normally, I would be more understanding if they had other drinks in the queue, but they didn’t. They made the next 2 orders taken after ours before making our drinks. Yikes. Also the latte was pretty bad. Never coming here again.

Finally, good coffee

My go to cafe in Princeton! Alex and Sydney always takes great care of me. They make really good specialty lattes. I got to try the rocky road late the other month and it was amazing. They have great quality coffee and espresso. I highly recommend this place!

Small, welcoming café situated on one of the few calm streets in Princeton. A diverse yet delicous selection of drinks, welcoming service, and a great atmosphere create what is in my opinion the best coffee place in town. Have been going here for ~2 years and have never felt unsatisfied with the food or service.

Great place to chat with friends or catch up on work. As opposed to other coffee places in town, Illy's feels a lot more welcoming and relaxing. There is comfortable seating inside and outside, alongside a cigar parlor.

Great place. Only (slight) issue is that street-side parking can be hard to find; however, Illy's is situated close ( ~1 min walk) to the parking garage.

Quality control supreme! I stumbled upon this hidden gem, with a warm smile by staff, unpretentious but knowledgeable- no stuffiness or snobbery here! Just a welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy a stick with specialty coffee.
