We have been going for our office holiday dinner for 3 years. Prudence has been the most wonderful waitress. She’s so attentive and was there when we needed anything. I think probably the best restaurant service I’ve ever had. The food is fantastic as well. We started with French martini, escargot and mussels. Our entrees of ravioli, seafood risotto and mahi mahi were all delicious. Don’t skip the chocolate soufflé as the best finale to this delicious dining experience

Really good food, nice vibe and ambiance. Server proposed some nice options. My wine was missing but nothing a little reminder couldn’t fix and I was back in spirits (pun intended). How can mushroom soup taste so flavorful?! When it’s French.

What an amazing meal I had the other night ! This duck leg confit was fall off the bone and melt in your mouth. Amazing flavor as well with a great ladoix wine from 2019 to pair ! The service behind the bar was impeccable! I would recommend this great place to anyone looking for an amazing meal and a wonderful experience. Will be back again !

Wonderful place all around. Great bartender, great food perfectly presented. Having dinner at the bar I could witness the drinks being perfectly prepared. Foos was excellent and prices quite reasonable - especially in relation to quality. Very well-done wine list emphasizing under-the-radar french wines at reasonable prices. Large selection by the glass. The rainbow trout was exquisitely prepared and served piping hot. Dessert is a must.

We had an awesome meal at Kristine's. Our waiter Kevin didn't miss a beat and Brandon was conducting the orchastra. Very good team, good execution. Well done! Makes me miss my restaurant days, they made it look easy and it never is. Thank you!

Perfect way to celebrate our new move! We didn’t make a reservation but they still got us in on a super busy night. We had to wait a bit for the table, but they brought complimentary wine which was nice. The wines were great. We enjoyed every course. We both found the salmon, coq au vin, and soufflé to be fantastic. I’m still thinking about how good it was!

I think I’ve found my go to French bistro. Kristine’s is casual enough to make it a regular hang but the food is quite good and you feel attended to. There’s a number of dishes at different price points so you don’t *necessarily* have to spend an arm and a leg for a leg of coq au vin. I also dig the more social bar atmosphere. You can tell that profs and more discerning students just like the vibe here, and so do I.

Lovely place although a little on the loud side for a Thursday night at 8:00. Coq au vin was delicious

Had such a great night at Kristine’s! The food was delicious, the service couldn’t have been better, and the whole place has such a warm, welcoming vibe. Huge shout-out to Chandler, our bartender — honestly made the night with great energy and awesome drinks. Can’t wait to go back!

The escargot we ordered did not taste fresh, with fishy taste. The side dish of the duck also had excessive grease and we had to just waste it. Waiter seemed a little careless, and long wait for us when we needed his help. For the food quality and service we received, I had to say it was really over priced. Hence 3 stars overall.

I have come to really enjoy Kristine's and try and go when I come to Princeton. Very authentic French food in a great location. The one downfall is that we went between 3-4pm recently and they weren't taking anymore seating, not even for a drink outside. I understand but was very frustrated.

Mussels and their sauce or soup they were in are amazing!
Fois gras is really good but the cinnamon ginger bread the restaurant serves it with ruins the experience because it is too cinnamony. Ask for normal bread with fois gras.
Escargot was disappointing because it was served in some creamy sauce instead of butter and garlic.
