Thai Delight is a solid choice for a quick and satisfying Thai meal in Princeton. I ordered the curry with chicken and rice. The curry was rich and creamy, with a good balance of coconut flavor, spice, and savory seasoning, and the portion was generous enough for a full meal. The chicken was tender, and there were plenty of vegetables rather than just sauce.
Finding food here that genuinely reflects authentic preparation rather than a simplified version designed for wider appeal is harder than it should be. This restaurant is a meaningful exception to that pattern.

We ordered Tomyum soup, Pad see Lew, and sesame chickens. I asked for medium for the Pad see lew but we got medium for the soup and no spicy for the Pad see lew.
