Excellent local bakery with quality ingredients, creative baked goods. Some gluten free. Delicious crusty breads & many choices, baked fresh daily. Wish they were open much later so we could grab a coffee & pastry when the afternoon slugs us. Wish we could stop in the way home from work to pick up baked goods for dinner. Pricey, but worth it. Friendly staff. Warning: they run out of choices quickly on some items.

Delicious. Inspired Lillipies (little pies), pastries and breads. Jenn is a great baker! Lovely asset to the shopping center and Princeton! Jazz brunch on the weekends during warmer weather.

This first started because I wanted to make sourdough, but didn't know where to start.LiLLiPiES was kind enough to supply me with a bit of sourdough to make a loaf on the first try!I also got the pizza quiche and passionfruit mini tart. The Pizza Quiche was SO GOOD, and I will definitely be coming back soon to get more.
