Best croissants in Princeton for sure. Slightly dense, warm and flaky. Self serve from a wood cabinet, very european feel. Great hot coffee, too. It was not busy when I went this past weekend. Someone on social media needs to give this shop the attention it deserves!
Come early if you want croissants, they sell out quickly! Cash only. The pastries are incredible in taste and presentation and are clearly a product of decades of refining his craft. You can't go wrong with anything here, but I really enjoy the croissants, tarts, and oranais. Owner is pleasant and kind and did not have an attitude whatsoever. I am assuming he simply matches the energy he is met with.
No small talk, just great pastries. I missed their famous croissants, but enjoyed a mini cheesecake and a pistachio cream. Amazing and artfully constructed. Be advised: cash only and no utensils. Very, very good!
