Excellent little breakfast place. The pastries and savory dishes were delicious. Particularly the olive oil pistachio tea cake and the avocado toast terrine. Kit helped us with our order and did an excellent job with all of our questions and indecisiveness

We had the most amazing breakfast at Maman — everything from the coffee to the pastries was absolutely delicious. The atmosphere is charming and cozy, and the outdoor seating is just stunning, especially on a sunny morning. It’s perfectly located just steps away from Princeton University, making it a lovely spot to relax and enjoy the beauty of the area. A true gem — we can't wait to come back!

We were there on a weekend, it was very noisy and there was a long queue. The pastries and coffee were very tasty, but there was no service, we waited for our order for 30 minutes at a table that we had set up for ourselves outside (although usually the waiter takes a table from the hall and sets it up), but we were told to do it ourselves or sit at another table, but there was a lot of garbage on the others that hadn't been cleared away for an hour. They never brought us our order and I went myself, but it was just lying on the serving table and the waiter was standing nearby and drinking his cold coffee and was in no hurry to work.

Overpriced lunch options. Sandwiches with plenty of bread but minimal ingredients in the sandwich. Skimpy on the protein- meat and cheese. Gluten free options are way overpriced. Prices are inflated due to beautiful decor and ambiance. I've eaten here three times with a group and everyone was disappointed. We won't return. It's a shame because we work close by and we had high hopes. This place has the potential to be above average.

I was excited to try Maman’s famous nutty chocolate chip cookie after hearing great things, but unfortunately, it was a big disappointment. The cookie tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. For the price and reputation, I expected something fresh and delicious, but this didn’t deliver.
