Service was excellent and food was good’
Very happy with our first experience at XiBei Cuisine! We were pleasantly surprised by how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The waiters were very attentive, and the manager made us feel especially welcome.
The manager’s food recommendation was excellent—we really enjoyed it! The food was delicious, and the restaurant has a very cozy and pleasant atmosphere.

We had a wonderful experience at XiBei Cuisine! The food was absolutely delicious, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor.

XiBei Cuisine is a popular and often packed restaurant in Princeton known for its authentic northwest China cuisine. The atmosphere is nice and chill with good music. The staff is exceptional, attentive, and super helpful, frequently recommending dishes and checking on guests.
The food is delicious, authentic, and amazing. Highly recommended dishes include the braised beef noodle soup, with its rich spicy flavor, tender meat, and hand made noodles. The spicy oil noodles, any stir fry noodles, crispy lamb chop, lamb scorpion pot, green pepper and beef fried noodle, and flat bread in lamb soup are also excellent. Their lamb meat is highly recommended. The braised beef broth is described as a poem, and the crab and pork soup dumplings are noted.
However, non-northwest China dishes like tomato noodle soup and pork soup dumplings can be mediocre. For the best experience, it is advised to be selective and stick to the authentic specialties. Additionally, ordering delivery is noted to be significantly more expensive than in-store prices.
