Person behind the counter was wearing a pin saying "Sarcasm... I put that S#!t ( full word spelled out) on everything." Awesome! Made my lunch!!

I walked up to the counter and was not greeted but stared down by a man, I started to ask if all sizes of coffee is still $1, he had to think for a moment before he said no. So I proceeded to order a medium coffee. I proceeded to pay for it with a card. After the transaction, there was still not a word from the server. I was given the coffee by another server, still not a sound - usually you get a "here you go", or "here's your coffee". But I was not going to treat other people like they treat me, so I proceeded to say "Thank you", still not a sound! Wow, they must be tired to speaking in this place. Amazing staff!!

Rude service. No effort at a smile or eye contact even though I was the only customer at the place (meaning she wasn't in a rush). And she moved around very lazily. No effort at being quick with my order. I only had a drink there. Usually bad customer service means bad food so I would avoid eating here.

This McDonald's is inside a Walmart. On the day I visited the store seemed understaffed and it took a long time to get the order. The dining area was dirty with tabletops and floors needing to be cleaned. My Big Mac had way too much special sauce on it so that it was running out the side. The fries were undercooked. Overall not a very positive experience for this McDonalds.

Customer service in this location is in need of a complete overhaul. I went to place my order for myself and my family. The person taking my order seem to be new in the customer service area because he had no idea what that is from my experience. So I placed my order and made a mistake on something so I had told the cashier can you please change one item for another and he proceeded with a great amount of attitude ( "oh no I can't anymore, you need to make up your mind, I already rung up the order I can't change anything I need the money there is nothing i can do to change this!" ) i don't care that this is a McDonalds. Customer service is customer service where ever you go the only thing that made it better was the young lady who came over to fix the situation at hand by just applying to my order what I had requested. But avoid going here unless you want attitude served with your plate.
