food wise is good, service quick and friendly but it’s falling apart. Chairs have duck tape, cushions with big stains. It’s sad this place can be so much more for anyone.

Panera Bread never disappoints! Whether I’m stopping by for a quick lunch or settling in with my laptop for a quiet work session, the atmosphere is always warm and welcoming. The food is fresh, flavorful, and feels healthier than typical fast food options.
lady at the front counter had my order wrong, I ordered 2 full sized strawberry poppyseed chicken salads & a regular drink, it came up to $39+, come to find out they charged me for 2 large drinks and put like a teaspoon of salad dressing in the 2 containers. it was so little, they could have put in 1 container and it still would not been a full container. I would never go to this 1 again, didnt get any bread with my salads and it was my 2nd time ever getting panera bread. I will just stick with going to the 1 in ewing by tcnj college. never again and customer service was terrible, it is a nice store tho but that's about it! very disappointing

The atmosphere of this location is great. Feels like you are in a very fancy cafe. Great natural light, you wouldn’t think this is a Panera!

Panera has always been my first choice for a healthy day to day meal. Yesterday I ordered Spicy Fiesta Chicken ..and it was super 😋 I guess that bread and corn made all the difference.

Update: salad has bad greens in it, orange scone doesn’t have enough icing on top, Americana tastes like plain water. The staff at this location doesn’t know how to make anything right and have no sense of responsibility for the food they make. Please train the staff more rigorously and ensure quality in your food and services.
This place has deteriorated over time. It was the best when it first opened, the customer service and quality was food, the price, everything was good. Now it’s lacking in everything. There is no customer service, the quality of ingredients are bad, the quantity or the potion is small, the texture is mushy, salad is stale, price has gone up too. No more generous rewards or free pastry when a mistake is made. It’s just disappointing that it couldn’t keep up with the same standard as before. The staff definitely needs to be trained more.

Corporate greed. I ordered a chicken noodle soup for almost $10 and when i went up to pick it up I seriously thought i was being pranked. There was about 2 spoon fulls in the bowl, the bowl was barely and 8th filled with a few carrots, noodles, and chicken floating arround shallow broth. I really felt disrespected. I stood at the window debating whether or not to just let this slide then i reminded myself at the cost of it ao i had to go back and ask in a demanding tone "any way i can get a little more soup than this, i just paid nine dollars for it" and the lady gave me one more small spoon full. Another place that will gladly take your money and literally give you scraps in return. Food is tasty but over before you know it. Don't go to Panera if you're hungry and actually want a meal.

In the past it was driver friendly place where employees did care to ensure a high level service for their delivery partners. This is not the case anymore different mangement and employees changed the game big time it became more volume based orders come in the their computers and go by the list. Folks if your paying extra money for delivery just be cautious may be delayed.
Other stores have system in placed to ensure fast services for delivery these folks are there for a paycheck not customer service.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, if you are OK with getting insulted by ignorant employees go to this location. I had my 5 years old son who asked for a smoothie , I ordered though the kiosk and went to pick up window, I found the smoothie cup ready with no name or receipt on it, just the cup I asked the guy ( was in a pink shirt today 11/23 at 2:40pm who RUDLY said “ I HAVE NO IDEA NOT MY PROBLEM” and walked away then grabbed the receipt and throw on top of the cup, I took the cup like ( only because it was ordered for a child, otherwise I would’ve left and contacted the customer service) then went to the front cashier asked for a manager to complaint about the NASTY SERVICE, the cashier came back stating I have to wait because the manager said is busy, I waited only to get this LIAR GIRL reaching out to me to hear my complaint then cut me off stating she was standing next to the this rude guy and SHE CLEARLY heard him saying “ hold on one second I will look into it” !! WHAT A LIAR WHO YOU THINK YOU ARE TALKING TO A DEAF LIAR YOU ARE WAY WORSE THAN THAT NASTY EMPLOYEE , then she did not even apologize or anything ALL this liar girl said was this guy is one of the managers! WOW LIAR LIKE IF I CARE , NOW I AM REPORTING YOU AND HIM FOR TREATING CUSTOMERS BAD INSULTING THEM AND LYING WHOEVER HIRED ANY OF YOU MANAGERS IS TOTALLY MISSED YOU! I AM DEFINITELY REACHING REACHING OUT TO CORPORATE! LIAR
