I ate breakfast every day at Parallel 40 for my two week stay and Chef Tymier made my pancakes just the way I wanted - with the blueberries on the side and not mashed into the mixture! Yum yum!

Service was excellent. My husband had the Eggs Benedict and said they were done just right. I had bacon and eggs. They were perfect. Can't wait to go back.

Good service, Good breakfast + being pet friendly was helpful. If you want to have a quiet meal with friends and family this is the place!

Not the best breakfast ever but it was surprisingly good for inside the hotel. I was quite shocked :P anyway I'd recommend eating here when staying at the hotel.

In a town that can be unforgiving for weekend reservations, Parallel 40 inside the Westin Hotel is our failsafe option when the mobs descend on Palmer Square. No one ever thinks of this place and most weekends it sits as a business starved eatery stuck inside a nearly empty business hotel - if you're looking for a quiet dinner, that doesn't require a bullhorn to converse it doesn't get any more private or soundproof than P40. The menu is soIid, if unimaginative. Expect a great steak and a nice piece of Salmon or well prepared pasta. One demerit for decor that hasn't changed since the heyday of the DeLorean but... If your stuck on a Friday or Saturday and a little privacy, a solid menu and smart, attentive service sounds right you could do far worse than Parallel 40.

Food was somewhat decent. The service was decent, except the food took a little long. Overall, I'd say the restaurant was just okay. If you are staying in the hotel and want a convenient, nice, easy breakfast, this is the place to go.

Located inside the Westin Hotel and Princeton NJ.A small quaint little area in the lobby of the hotel. We all ate breakfast and had various breakfast dishes -eggs and bacon and sausage, breakfast quesadilla ,fresh fruit ,bagels and lox. well presented and very tasty. the waitress was friendly courteous and helpful. And good coffee.

Should have looked at yelp before ordering here despite being at the hotel. Truly uninspired and almost bad food.

Good food. All our dishes were good but the “Beer infused ribs sliders” were amazing! The flat bread was tasty too. Good and fast service.

*terrible breakfast. Understaffed and not at all friendly. Food was cold and expensive! We ended up being late to my sons graduation it took so long.

If I can give zero star I would. Awful service. Was sitting waiting for a menu for over 15 minuets. I had to get up to ask for a menu. 15 minutes since the menu was given to me and no one came to ask if I'm ready to order. Don't waste your time. Go elsewhere!

The food and service was terrific, staying at the Westin you do not expect anything less. Before our early departure from the hotel, we needed a quick bite to eat and saw this gem opening so we decided to take the gamble! The Organic Farm Fresh Eggs a la Carte Two eggs as you like, choose smoked bacon, turkey bacon, sausage links or grilled ham with crisp hash browns, spring greens salad or fruit cup was standard but delicious. The best item was definitely the Southwestern Breakfast Quesadilla: Flour tortilla, scrambled egg, tomato, chorizo and cheddar cheese served with avocado, tomato salsa and sour cream! If you're staying at this hotel and need a delicious start to your day I highly recommend Parallel-40 !!

We stayed at the Westin Hotel for a night and had a very late dinner here. There were only a few people dining that evening and most were just having drinks. Only a few things were available to order from the menu because it was already very late, but it's very helpful that they are able to accomodate guests way past regular hours.
