In a town that can be unforgiving for weekend reservations, Parallel 40 inside the Westin Hotel is our failsafe option when the mobs descend on Palmer Square. Located inside the Westin Hotel and Princeton NJ.A small quaint little area in the lobby of the hotel. We all ate breakfast and had various breakfast dishes -eggs and bacon and sausage, breakfast quesadilla ,fresh fruit ,bagels and lox. well presented and very tasty. the waitress was friendly courteous and helpful. And good coffee.

I ate breakfast every day at Parallel 40 for my two week stay and Chef Tymier made my pancakes just the way I wanted - with the blueberries on the side and not mashed into the mixture! Yum yum!
