Good atmosphere, but place needs to be updated. The tables and theme are cool but the whole place is dated. All the food wasn’t made to order, and I couldn’t substitute anything. Prices are overpriced for pancakes. The cooking wasn’t fresh and clean . Highly suggest that all products be sourced locally and fresh as the syrup and gross cream cheese icing was made with products that are loaded with chemicals and preservatives.
A true Princeton staple.
PJ’s has that classic, lively breakfast energy—busy in the best way, with a line that moves quickly and is well worth the wait.
The pancakes are the highlight (for good reason), and everything is consistently well done. It’s the kind of place where you know you’re going to get a solid, satisfying meal every time.

Love love love PJ'S. The burgers are good. The food is always fresh. The mixed berry blintz crepe was my favorite until they took it off the menu. Still lots of choices and the one in Princeton proper has a beautiful atmosphere for outside dining when the weather cooperates. Smashed browns are a favorite too
