I had such an amazing experience at Playa Bowls thanks to Stephanie! From the moment I walked in, she greeted me with the warmest smile and genuine energy that immediately brightened my day. She went above and beyond to make sure my order was exactly how I wanted it — patiently explaining the different bases and toppings, offering recommendations, and customizing everything perfectly without rushing me.

What really stood out was how attentive and kind she was, not just to me but to every customer who came in. Even during a busy rush, Stephanie stayed calm, professional, and upbeat — she made sure everyone felt acknowledged and taken care of. You can tell she truly takes pride in her work and loves what she does.

Some locations can do better with service. I understand the girls are young but a little more friendliness effort goes a long way. I also noticed that the granola is different or not the usually amount. All in all I’m obsessed with Playa!

I ordered the nutelloco bowl & whoever made my bowl made my day. Oh my goodness it was the best that I’ve had in a long time. I was greeted when I walked in, service was fast & professional. I overall had an amazing experience. 10/10

Poor customer service, but good food

I frequent the Lafayette, LA location and have tried a variety of things and have never been disappointed. Juices are so delicious as are the bowls. My favorite treat.
