Inedible. Couldn’t even finish it. I didn’t know Açaí bowls could taste bad. I had chunks of spirulina in the bowl and it tasted like straight sugar. The taste was awful. Never again. Just go to puregreen around the corner.

Delishous every time! My fave is the nutella acai bowl.. with added pineapple and agave?
They are open for another 3 hours on a Saturday night I add and I ordered a cold brew drink. The girl tells me they don’t have cold brew and a new batch wouldn’t be ready until tomorrow so they have to cancel the order. Then maybe it should be greyed out and unable to order on the app. It’s posted all over the store but you don’t have any? Ridiculous. Maybe you should pay attention to your inventory. And the staff don’t know how to process refunds that have rewards attached to them? The girl wanted to take down my name and number and refund me later. It wasn’t until I said I wasn’t leaving that she called the manager. I also bought $45.00 worth of bowls right before this and that’s how you treat customers? Like you can’t be bothered. The staff needs to learn manners and not be so rude.

I am a Playa Bowls customer and I was always happy with the quality and service , however, today morning I stop by this location to grab a Green bowl before work , my order was to go , when I arrived at work and opened the lid it was obvious that the fruits ( Pineapple and Mangos) are NOT FRESH probably from the day before. I was disgusted since I have never experienced such a thing before and I tipped them as well! That’s sooo disrespectful to a customer !Probably they used yesterday’s fruit bc they knew my order is to go and I’m not going to complain right away!!
