Well. THAT was the most delicious Eggs Benedict that I have ever had. Perfectly poached eggs. Hollandaise sauce was smooth, creamy and slightly sweet. Canadian Bacon was hot and tender. The English muffin was a "nooks and crannies" delight! It was Exceptional. Thank You Princetonian!!! 😍
