Rita's Italian Ice & Frozen Custard

Such a great Rita’s. They have a wonderful selection of flavors, with more variety in both ice flavors and custard flavors than the average Rita’s. The service is also very good: friendly and timely. There wasn’t too much of a line when I went, so it was very quick.

It’s a place to get ice cream to go. Unfortunately, there was work going on nearby so it wasn't a pleasant time. The portions are large. The ice creams are not to our taste; too sweet and too creamy.

First time going to this location since it just opened up. I went with my family in the afternoon. The lady who worked there/assisted us was extremely helpful and super nice. It was a pleasant experience. We all got vanilla & chocolate custard in a waffle cone. So yummy!! Will definitely be coming back to this location.

Rita's on Harrison street in Princeton, NJ is absolutely Fantastic! I recently hired them for a catering event at my daughters' school, and they completely exceeded my expectations. The manager, Jeff, is so responsive, helpful, and beyond professional - I can't say enough good things from my initial contact with him, to a last minute request he fulfilled the night before the event. The catering made my life so easy as they brought everything - tablecloths, napkins, spoons, easy, pre-scooped containers so no mess - and all in refrigerated coolers! They delivered and picked up when they said they would, and the prices were very reasonable. Thank you to Jeff and his team, for making this such a wonderful, tasty treat for 200+ kids, and for making the coordination so smooth on my end. What a great way to start the summer!

That was the best costumer service in all the Rita’s that I have been . And they have more flavors than the store near me ! Amazing!!!

Nice, friendly Rita’s location. They keep the lines short by opening up windows so the wait is not long. My kids loved Yana one of the employees - she has a big smile, cheerful and warm demeanor. Good place.
