Ruth's Chris never disappoints. We went there and celebrated my husband's birthday. The appetizers were great; We shared the fried calamari, the goat cheese and spinach dip, and spicy shrimp. The wine list was nice and offered so many choices. My husband and son had the brown butter old fashioned which was an interesting spin on a classic. The steaks were all cooked to our liking. We came here for our two year anniversary, and our experience was exceptional. The hostess, MJ, was incredibly welcoming, and our waiter, Joel, provided excellent service. Not to mention, the food was absolutely fantastic! We will definitely be coming back for our three year anniversary!

We had such a wonderful birthday celebration at Ruth’s Chris Princeton. The evening felt welcoming and special from the moment we arrived to the birthday theme decorated table. The calamari was crisp, tender, and perfectly seasoned, while the French onion soup was rich, savory, and comforting.
