The Pizza Den in Princeton has a lot going for it! The cheese, pepperoni, and sauce are spot-on—flavorful and well-balanced. However, the dough could use some fine-tuning. It’s a bit too chewy, which might be due to an excess of gluten. With a little adjustment, they could elevate their pizza game to perfection!
One of the better pizza places on Nassau Street that serves a nice New York slice. My friend and I ordered their 16 inch cheese pie and Brooklyn pie. Overall, the pizza was pretty solid for a good price. I personally really liked their Brooklyn pie because of the well flavored tomato sauce and fresh mozzarella. I thought that their cheese pizza was above average, but the crust was a little less crunchy than I would have liked (granted I ordered delicery). I would love to come...
Fantastic food, lovely people. The pizza-oven baked pretzel is AMAZING. Even the salads are great. Tiny dining area is still pleasant and clean. We were visiting from out of town, but will definitely be going back next time we're in town.
