Often runs out of ice coffee and cold brew. Severely understaffed and would recommend ordering well in advance.

I’ve never seen a Starbucks run out of cold brew as much as this location does. The baristas are miserable, especially the black haired girl with the glasses. No apron so I didn’t get her name. I asked for a straw and she put it on the mobile order handoff instead of handing it to me. Seen a lot of complaints about that.

Seems like the baristas are burnt out and overwhelmed. Usually only 2 employees behind the counter during very busy times. They need to hire more people.

The music is vulgar only when the black haired woman EITH the glasses is working. Coming from a speaker where the drip coffee is made instead of their speaker system.

DO BETTER!!!

I spent $8 on a drink and payed 1.25 for cold foam that they didn't put on. They also made my friends drink with the wrong kind of milk. Hey payed extra for almond milk.

Without a doubt, this STARBUCKS location on 100 Nassau St. across from Princeton University, NJ always exceeds my expectations. Whether it's the welcoming smile of their staff, checking in when I wait a moment longer for my mobile order (even when I'm early), or preparing my latte so perfectly every time, this team is, overall, the best. This location is ideal for sharing great coffee and more with family and friends. Always clean 😄I highly recommend it.

Visited Princeton with family. Stopped by at this location to pick up 2 cups of medium coffee to go. Long lines, waited patiently and finally got my turn to place my order right away. Transaction completed but forgot to order a cup of water for my 7 year old son. I asked the female attendant kindly for the water but immediately told me” if you want water, you have to get back in line, claiming it’s their policy to do so. I explained, I had just paid, and was just waiting for my order to be made. She rudely replied that it didn’t matter and that if I want free water, I must get back in line…. Thought this was a bit over the top and have never experienced this the many years I’ve been a customer of this company. About 10 min later and still waiting for my two cups of paid coffees, I asked another female attendant for the water and the original first female attendant interjected, stopped what she was doing and once yells at me to get back in line if I want water. This was a very upsetting experience. She claimed to the rest of the staff that I violated “title 3” and I needed to be escorted out and trespassed!!!!!! OMG, Finally walked out after getting my coffee very much confused as to why this happened.

I gather this type of staff behavior and unprofessionalism is well tolerated by its management, franchise owner and corporate.

The staff is incredibly friendly and efficient, even during a busy rush. My order was prepared perfectly! The space is clean and cozy, perfect for studying or catching up with a friend!
