i got a poppy seed bagel and everything bagel to go. had one two days in a row and they were very good! toast up well after i defrosted them. i always freeze my bagels. very helpful staff and friendly.
I haven't tried the food yet, but already this place impressed me. The people that handle the food are not the same people handling the money. There is nothing that grosses me out more than someone using the cash register and holding money and then holding my food. The bagel concoctions look amazing and judging by the line, the place is popular!!!!! Ps...there is a selection of seats in and out, plus high chairs and a changing table in the restroom for a nappy change.

The bagels are excellent, and this is Princeton’s first really good bagel bakery. I can’t speak about the sandwiches and other options and nor am I a rainbow or cookie type of bagel eater. But if you want a straight up NY style bagel, this is the spot.
