The food was fresh, flavorful, and well-prepared, and everything was ready on time. The portions were generous and perfect for a group event. The service was professional and easy to work with. I love The Mint, it is my go to Indian spot. The folks there are kind and friendly and the food delicious! Their North Indian food is authentic! As an Indian man, I have high standards and you won’t find anything better around Princeton!
