I never realized wawa had such good food. I usually get a fruit smoothie and it has been good every time. I have also tried several different food items and they too have been good. They also have the convenience of having pretty much whatever you want. And the one I go to is open 24 hours. Very convenient. Great plan putting the store in that location
I had a co-worker pick up my order and the only thing she brought back was the sandwich (ordered chips and drink as well). Went back to the store and spoke with a woman who seemed like the manager/supervisor (11/19/24 at 1PM). She was so apologetic that half my order was missing. She packed up the rest of my order and offered coupons for free items. That is the first time I've ever been accommodated for the inconvenience of having to come back for a mistake in my order....
Shoutout to JOY (the manager I am assuming) who was kind, welcoming, set me up with the WAWA perks program thingymabob and offered to help carry my armload of stuff out to the car. I've been in customer service for aboot a decade and can say she checked all the boxes, and then some, of the sort of person you want welcoming in customers and making sure they're taken care of.
